Ephesians 4:26-27

1. *Pause Before Reacting: When anger arises, take a moment to breathe and pray. This practice fosters **self-control*, allowing you to respond thoughtfully rather than impulsively.

2. *Communicate with Grace: Address conflicts directly and respectfully. This approach embodies **kindness*, as it demonstrates consideration and care toward others’ feelings.

3. *Practice Forgiveness: Let go of bitterness by choosing to forgive those who have wronged you. This reflects **love*, aligning with God’s command to show unconditional grace.

4. *Seek Wise Counsel: Share your feelings with trusted friends or leaders who can guide you. This promotes **faithfulness*, as it encourages accountability and support within the community.

5. *Cultivate a Heart of Peace: Actively choose to replace anger with peace through prayer and Scripture meditation. This nurtures **gentleness*, creating a spirit of calm and understanding in your interactions.

Heavenly Father, thank You for the call to diligence and responsibility. Help us overcome sloth and embrace our work with passion and purpose. Grant us the strength to fulfill our duties faithfully, reflecting Your glory in all we do. In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.
